Joe Allred

Joe Allred is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and management. Currently serving as Help Desk Supervisor at Medford School District since September 2018, Joe leads a team of Technical Support Specialists, overseeing IT operations and implementing district-wide training programs. Previous roles include Client Support Manager and Senior Technical Support Specialist at the University of Montana, where Joe managed campus-wide help desk operations and handled escalated issues. Additional experience includes providing audio/visual support as a Consultant for B.E.A.R., senior technical support at Hamilton School District #3, and training HP Business Partners at Marketstar. Joe's foundational education includes attendance at the University of Phoenix and the University of Montana, along with graduating from Bingham High School.
