Ashley Donley

Ashley Donley has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership positions. Ashley is currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at South Dakota Innovation Partners, LLC, Prairie AquaTech, and Medgene. In these roles, they are responsible for overseeing human resource functions within the companies. Prior to these positions, Ashley held the role of Human Resource Director at Sullivan Gift from 2019 to 2021. Ashley'sresponsibilities included assisting executive leadership, talent recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development. Before that, they served as the Human Resource Manager at MANITOU Group from 2017 to 2019, where they handled talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. Ashley has also worked in other organizations such as Assero Resources, where they served as a Program Manager, and Inland Waste Solutions, where they held the role of Vice President of Safety & Human Resource Manager. Ashley started their career as a Payroll and Safety Administrator at CCL Label. Overall, Ashley has a diverse background in human resources and a strong track record of success in various leadership roles.

Ashley Donley obtained a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies, Business, Social Sciences, and Fine Arts from South Dakota State University. Ashley attended the university from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In February 2019, they became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. In May 2023, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Riverwood Associates, LLC.
