Sheethal Vijayan

Sheethal Vijayan is a skilled bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in the analysis and management of genomic data. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst at MEDGENOME since February 2022, Sheethal has previously held roles such as Bioinformatics Programmer at AgriGenome Labs Pvt Ltd and Senior Bioinformatician at the University of Kerala. With a strong background in developing computational approaches and pipelines for DNA and RNA sequencing data analysis, Sheethal has also contributed to the integration of omics datasets and the optimization of analytical tools at Genanta Private Limited. Educational qualifications include an M.Phil in Bioinformatics from the University of Kerala and an MSc in Bioinformatics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
