Justin MacLean

Justin MacLean has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at MedGeo Ventures, LLC since May 2022. Before that, they worked as a Principal at InkSpace Analytics starting from April 2019.

From 2014 to 2018, Justin worked at Health eCareers, where they held various roles. Justin started as Vice President of Partner Strategies and later became Vice President of Innovation, leading functions such as Product Management, Candidate Experience, and Channel Partnerships. Justin then took on the role of Managing Director, overseeing all aspects of the Health eCareers business and leading a transition into a new parent company.

Prior to Health eCareers, Justin served as the Director of Product Management at ThinkTank between 2012 and 2014. During their tenure, they introduced Agile development methodology and implemented a new product introduction process. Before that, they gained experience as a Partner Sales Manager at InsightSoftware.com, supporting and managing partner sales channels for the Americas.

In 2009, Justin joined AmerisourceBergen as a Project Manager, where they managed the implementation of Supply Chain Intelligence. Justin also worked as a Product Manager at Newdea from 2008 to 2009, defining requirements for a Software as a Service solution for financial advisors and nonprofit organizations.

Justin's early career includes roles at Oracle as a Principal Product Strategy Manager and an Application Development Manager, where they collaborated with customers, partners, and product owners to specify requirements for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Justin also worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at JD Edwards ERP, designing and building application functionality and reports. Justin began their career as a Consultant at CIBER, Inc., managing implementations of a Transportation Management system.

Throughout their career, Justin has showcased strong leadership skills, demonstrated by their ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and drive enhancements to meet customer needs.

Justin MacLean attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained both a BA in Psychology and a BS in Business (Information Systems). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO 1) certification from Scrum.org in May 2019, as well as the Alteryx Designer Advanced certification from Alteryx in January 2019, and the Alteryx Designer Core certification in December 2018.
