Amy Horvat

Amy Horvat is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in international HR management, currently serving as the Director of HR Client Services at MedHQ since January 2019. Previously, Amy worked as the Director of Human Resources at ROLTA | Americas, overseeing HR functions for 300 employees in the US and Canada while managing international HR activities for Middle Eastern and European subsidiaries. Amy has held various HR roles, including International HR Manager for Rolta International Inc., where responsibilities included executing employment agreements and enhancing employee satisfaction through policy redesign. Additional experience includes a Human Resource Consultant position at Mutual Trust Life Insurance Company, and early roles as Office Manager and Legal Coordinator.
