Seyhan Esen

Seyhan Esen is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at MediaMarkt Turkey since August 2017. Previously held positions include Training and Development Manager at Ekol Lojistik, Professional Coach and HR Consultant, and Training and Competency Development Manager at LC Waikiki Academy. With a long tenure at Metro Cash and Carry, Seyhan contributed significantly to leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. Seyhan began a career in HR consulting with Boğaziçi University Alumni Association and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Boğaziçi University.
