Polly Schaefer

Polly Schaefer has a diverse work history, beginning with their current role as Brand Partnership at Media Mobilize in 2020. Polly also currently works as Chief Executive Assistant at Squared Away. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Administrative Technician at Mayvin®, where they provided training to Unit Personnel on the proper administrative, preparation, and submission requirements of Joint and service-specific awards, and reduced processing time by 25%. During this time, they also worked as a Client Care Coordinator at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where they developed marketing plans for listings, interviewed clients, and negotiated contracts on behalf of clients to purchase or sell Real Estate. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Information and Referral Specialist at IQ Solutions. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Veterans Affairs Specialist at New Mexico State University, where they served as a Student Advocate and liaison for Student-Veterans and communication with the University and Veteran’s Administration. Additionally, they have served in the United States Army Reserve since 2012, where they currently serve as an Adjutant General Officer, advising the Command Group and subordinate unit personnel on human resources issues.
