Justin Billingsley serves as the Global Chief Growth Officer at Monks since May 2024. Previously, Justin held multiple senior positions at Publicis Groupe from February 2018 to August 2023, including Chief Marketing Officer, where the focus was on innovative growth strategies for clients through marketing transformation and digital business models. Justin also served as CEO for Publicis Groupe DACH and Brazil, Chairman of Publicis Emil, and Global Chief Operating Officer at Publicis Communications. Prior roles include Worldwide Chief Operating Officer and regional leadership positions at Saatchi & Saatchi, as well as significant marketing roles at Pyromedia, Orange UK, Nokia, and Coca-Cola Great Britain. Justin holds an INSEAD Certificate in Corporate Governance and a Commerce degree in Marketing from UNSW.
