Bill Chen has a strong background in software development and management. Bill began their career as a Software Developer at First Quadrant LLC, where they developed and maintained financial and investment applications. Bill also provided technical support and developed financial reports.

In 2001, Bill joined Media Services as a Software Developer, specializing in web-based and client/server accounting software. Bill was later promoted to Manager/Project Manager, where they successfully completed the development of accounting software for the entertainment industry, bringing in 30% more clients during its first two years of service. Bill also took over the management of the in-house payroll software, increasing payroll processing by 20% annually.

In 2018, Bill became the Director of Software Development at Media Services, taking on the responsibilities of planning, directing, and managing the company's technological and human resources. Bill also played a crucial role in envisioning and establishing the future technology roadmap for the company. Currently, they are in charge of the day-to-day operation of the payroll software development.
