Hybrid 2 days/week in office 

Role Overview:

MediaAlpha is seeking a Product Manager to improve our click, call, and lead advertising Exchange platform and help with an exciting new project to optimize the online Medicare enrollment process.

The ideal candidate has some experience working in product, breaking down business problems into requirements, creating wireframes, and partnering with design and engineering teams to build solutions that drive business growth and improve user experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline information architecture of key areas within our core Exchange platform
  • Develop clear requirements and wireframes
  • Work closely with the engineering team to deliver Exchange updates
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to bring several Exchange projects to completion 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver new Medicare enrollment experience 

Requirements:

  • B.S. in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of product management or related experience is preferred. 
  • Experience reorganizing information in web applications.
  • Experience developing clear requirements for engineering teams. 
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices and ability to create low-fidelity wireframes to present user flows. 
  • Analytical skills & ability to interpret data to inform decisions using Excel (e.g., ability to run reports and create data insights from raw data). 
  • Obsessive attention to detail.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate concisely and thoughtfully, particularly with written communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic start-up environment. 
  • Eagerness to learn, drive to improve, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to take accountability for mistakes.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative and selfless disposition.
  • Able to provide a sample of past work - wireframe & requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

We are excited to offer a competitive base pay range of $81,000 to $120,000 per year for this position, based on experience and qualifications. But that's not all - as a valued member of our team, you will also have access to an array of top-notch benefits, including:
