Patricia Reyna-Wright (she/her)

Patricia Reyna-Wright has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patricia currently holds the position of VP, User Experience Strategy at Mediabarn, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Lead User Experience Strategist at the same company from March 2021 to January 2022.

In addition to their work at Mediabarn, Inc., Patricia has also worked as an MPS User Experience Adjunct Professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art since August 2021.

At Pariveda Solutions, they were responsible for leading customer insights focused engagements, managing client engagements, and coaching teams.

Prior to their role at Pariveda Solutions, Patricia worked as the Director of Web Strategy & Operations at Strategic Education, Inc, where they were responsible for the online digital experience for external digital properties and launched a customer service tool.

Patricia also served as the Director of Digital Strategy & Web Operations at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, and as a Consultant for Digital Engagement at the American Red Cross.

Patricia's earlier experiences include serving as the Managing Director at NavigationArts, a Marketing Consultant at PRW Marketing, a Director of Marketing at the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), and an Account Manager at Targetbase, Inc.

Through their various roles and experiences, Patricia has developed expertise in user experience strategy, customer insights, digital strategy, web operations, marketing, and consulting.
