Shane H.

Shane H. has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Shane started their career at Rex Stores in 1995, where they worked as a Manager of Sales & Operations. In 2001, Shane joined Mediacom Communications as the Director of the Internet Support Center. Shane later served as the Senior Director of Total Care and Commercial Service Support. Throughout their career, Shane has demonstrated leadership ability and expertise in customer support and operations management.

Shane H. attended Vatterott College from 2000 to 2002 and received a Diploma in Computer Technology. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they attended Western Illinois University, where they studied Education and Social Science.
