VP Of Customer Success at Mediafly

Jackie Steger has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. Jackie is currently working at Mediafly as the Senior Director of Customer Success. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Customer Success at InsightSquared, which was acquired by Mediafly. At InsightSquared, Jackie also served as a Manager of Customer Success and as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Before joining InsightSquared, Jackie worked at Jebbit as the Director of Enterprise Accounts in Customer Success. Jackie was responsible for managing customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Earlier in their career, Jackie worked at Swirl Networks as the Director of Customer Success, where they managed customer relationships, developed project plans aligned with client business goals, and acted as a trusted advisor to clients. Jackie also worked as an Account Manager at Swirl Networks.

Before entering the customer success field, Jackie worked at LevelUp as an Account Executive, where they developed relationships with local merchants and contributed to product development by reporting merchant feedback.

Jackie's early career experience includes working as an Associate at the Center for Marketing Technology at Bentley University, where they managed market research and analysis efforts. Jackie also worked at the Massachusetts House of Representatives as a Research Director for the Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security and as a Legislative Aide for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Jackie also had an internship at the U.S. House of Representatives.

Jackie Steger obtained their BA in Political Science from Providence College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
