James Hart

James Hart has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James began their career with Critchley TecPro Ltd as a Development Engineer, where they led various projects and collaborated with suppliers. James then joined Pace Micro Technology plc as a Headend Development Engineer, responsible for maintenance and development of headend networks.

Moving forward, James joined Pace plc where they held the positions of Software Team Leader and later Manager of Software Development. In these roles, they successfully planned and executed projects, provided leadership and guidance to team members, and ensured code releases for the US business unit.

James then joined Ericsson as a Solution Architect, specializing in OTT delivery such as CDN and Packagers. James was responsible for project delivery, high-level and low-level designs, and collaboration with stakeholders. James briefly worked at BCi Digital on a streaming project before rejoining Ericsson.

In their most recent role at MediaKind Global, James served as an EMEA Pre-Sales Solution Architect. James was accountable for technical aspects of customer proposals, demonstrating MediaKind products, and driving the execution of sales plans.
