Janis Emery Féron has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Janis began their career as a Business Account Manager at Cable & Wireless Communications in 1996, and then worked as a Principal Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1998 to 2000. Janis subsequently served as the Director of Account Management at Experientia, where they managed a large change management CRM project for the Royal Mail. In 2002, they worked as a Management Consultant at Janis'sMajesty's Customs and Excise (UK) and then as a Heathrow Terminal 5 Management Consultant at the British Airport Authority in 2003. From 2000 to 2005, Janis was the Managing Director of Ex-Big5 Consultants Ltd. Janis later worked as an Independent Change Consultant and Coach at Change Transformation from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, Janis joined Business Advisory as a Business Leadership Consultant, where they assisted various companies and organizations with planning, managing, and driving change, working with clients such as Boost by Mercedes Benz, Cisco Systems, relocation companies, LBB, and Symantec. In 2014, they became the Senior Product Manager for Ericsson's MediaFirst cloud-based IP TV product, assuming the role of Strategic Product Manager at MediaKind Global in 2018.

Janis Emery Féron has a diverse education history. They attended Bucknell University, where they obtained two degrees: a BS in Engineering and a BA in International Business. Their fields of study during this time were Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering and International Business.
