Sara Taheri

Sara Taheri is a seasoned product manager and strategic leader in the fields of artificial intelligence and customer experience, currently serving as the Principal Product Manager for Strategic AI Enablement at Northwestern Mutual. Previous roles include Vice President and Chief Product Owner for Contact Center & Robotics at Prudential Financial and various leadership positions at MassMutual, including Head of Voice Experience for Mobile & Emerging Technology and Systems Director. Additionally, Sara began a career in public service as a Business Analyst for the Government of Canada.
