Jeffery Truong

Jeffery Truong is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in the media technology sector. Currently serving as the Lead Program Manager at MediaKind since February 2019, Jeffery has successfully managed product owners and technical support engineers, leading critical migration programs for Canadian operators TELUS and SaskTel. Prior to this role, Jeffery held various positions at Ericsson Inc., including Program Manager Lead for Cloud Media Devices & Platforms, where leadership and coaching were emphasized, and as a Senior Program Manager responsible for product lifecycle management. Jeffery's career also includes significant contributions at Microsoft Corp. in roles such as Senior Technical Program Manager and Test Manager within the media division, along with earlier experience as a Hardware Engineer at Ascor Inc. Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.
