Lana Vargo

Lana Vargo has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Lana started their career in 2003 at CGI as a Release & Change Coordinator, where they handled coordination and management of releases and changes. In 2007, Lana joined the Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority, where they initially served as a Systems Analyst. Lana then progressed to become a Solution Architect, responsible for aligning IT work with overall enterprise goals and maintaining customer relationships. At SLGA, Lana worked on various projects, including large-scale system replacements and operational projects such as introducing private liquor stores. In 2014, they joined Ericsson as a Customer Project Manager, and in 2019, they moved to MediaKind Global as a Senior Program Manager. Throughout their career, Lana has demonstrated their skills in project management, solution architecture, and strategic alignment.

Lana Vargo pursued their education with a strong emphasis on computer science and information systems. From 1996 to 2003, they attended the University of Regina and completed a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Computer Science. Following this, Lana furthered their education at the same institution from 2007 to 2010, where they took masters classes in Managing Information Systems to develop their expertise in the field.
