Laure Tan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as People Partner Director and Compensation Subject Matter Expert at MediaKind since August 2018, after roles as Sr. Business & People Partner and People/Business Partner for the EMEA region. Prior positions include HR Manager at Keolis, overseeing HR for two legal entities and managing complex employee relations, as well as HR Manager at Groupement Les Mousquetaires, where Laure facilitated organizational changes and effectively managed works council negotiations.
