Manjari Ganesh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In their current position at MediaKind, they serve as an IT BRM Business Analyst & SAP CPQ Functional Consultant, working closely with the executive team to provide strategic solutions for IT developments. At Nasdaq Corporate Solutions, Manjari served as a Senior Business Analyst consulting with functional unit management and personnel to identify business needs and ensure optimal operational performance of case management systems. Manjari also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at SOFTiD SOLUTIONS, where they managed requirements and applied Agile methodology. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Reporting Analyst at Unisys India and an Officer Executive at Tesco, where they handled various analytical and reporting tasks.

Manjari Ganesh completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from People Education Society Information Technology from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification from IIBA in January 2021. Manjari also earned the Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling certification from LinkedIn in January 2021. Prior to that, they acquired the IBM Certified Business Process Analyst - WebSphere Business Modeler Advanced V6.2 certification from IBM in September 2011. Furthermore, they obtained the IELTS certification from the British Council in May 2014.
