Nicolas Tricoire

Senior Customer Support Engineer at MediaKind

Nicolas Tricoire started their work experience as a Testing Engineer (Trainee) at Technicolor in 2006. Nicolas then joined Technicolor as a Customer Support Engineer (via Thales Services) in 2007 and later transitioned to a Customer Support Engineer role from February 2008 to September 2012. Tricoire then worked at Devoteam as a Technical Account Manager from October 2012 to April 2013. Nicolas subsequently joined Ericsson as a Technical Account Manager in May 2013 and held this position until January 2019. Tricoire currently works at MediaKind as a Senior Customer Support Engineer, starting in February 2019 and continuing to the present.

Nicolas Tricoire completed their education from 2001 to 2006 at Eseo, where they obtained a degree in Ingénieur specializing in Génie Informatique - Réseaux et Télécom. Nicolas then pursued further studies at the University of Wollongong from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Nicolas obtained the certification of IBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V6.1 from IBM in April 2012.
