Samuel Barbier

Samuel Barbier has extensive experience in technical writing and teaching. Samuel worked as a Technical Writer at MediaKind from February 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they were an Adjunct Associate Professor at Université Rennes 2, specializing in Technical Communication and Content Strategy since September 2016. Samuel also worked at Ericsson from October 2015 to January 2019 as a Technical Writer. Before that, Samuel worked as a Teacher at Université Rennes 2 from September 2011 to June 2016. Samuel gained experience as a Technical Writer at Envivio from April 2012 to September 2015. Samuel began their career at Cardinal Health as a Labels and Specifications Developer from January 2008 to March 2012. Additionally, they worked at AVILINKS as a Corporate Technical Communicator in 2005.

Samuel Barbier pursued their education at Université Rennes 2, where they obtained a Maîtrise degree in Langues Etrangères Appliquées from 1997 to 2003. Samuel then furthered their studies at the same university, completing a DESS (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées) in Langues et Techniques from 2002 to 2003. This degree focused on Technical Translation, Terminology, Project Management, and Technical Writing.
