Susan Hanson

Director, Client Experience at Medialocate

Susan Hanson has a long and varied work experience. Susan began their career in 1995 as a Senior Account Manager at Omega International, where they managed several Fortune 500 accounts and provided marketing and sales support. In 2000, they joined MediaLocate as a Client Service Specialist, where they enhanced client services programs, developed a referral program resulting in 25% growth in revenue and established and cultivated positive relationships with clients. In 2005, they left MediaLocate to join Cosmero Construction as a Financial Controller/Customer Service Representative, where they oversaw vendor management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger systems. In 2006, they returned to MediaLocate as the Director of Client Experience, where they developed and implemented organizational business growth strategies, communicated with clients to outline business objectives and trained and developed the sales support force. In 2008, they became the Executive Director - Chair Bear at Teddy Bears with Heart den of Good Bears of the World, where they worked with the board to fulfill the organization mission, developed resources sufficient to ensure the financial health of the organization and worked with board and volunteers to ensure the mission was fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach.

Susan Hanson obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from San Jose State University between 1990 and 1994. Susan then went on to obtain an AA Degree in Liberal Studies from Monterey Peninsula College. In 2004 and 2005, they obtained a BA in Liberal Studies from California State University, Monterey Bay.
