Craig Heron

Craig Heron is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in mainframe technical services, currently serving as the Director of Mainframe Technical Services at Mediaocean since January 2003. With a strong background in z/OS system programming, Craig has successfully led hardware and software upgrades across various environments and has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in talent development and team motivation. Previous roles include z/OS Senior Systems Programmer and z/OS Systems Programmer, with significant achievements in system management and project leadership. In addition to technical expertise, Craig has officiated local league football as a Level 7 Referee with the Essex County Football Association. Academic pursuits include an ongoing Master of Business Administration in Technology Management and a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University.
