Tom Pendergast

Tom Pendergast has been working in the field of education for over 20 years. Tom started their career as an assistant editor at Gale Research, before moving on to become the owner and editorial director of Full Circle Editorial. In 2001, they became the director of the Snohomish School District, where they served for seven years.

In 2008, Pendergast joined MediaPRO as their chief learning officer. In this role, they lead the Learning Services team who develop engaging learning experiences to help clients manage their human risks. Tom also customizes and localizes content for a diverse global clientele. Pendergast is also an advisory board member for the University of Washington's E-Learning Certificate Program.

Tom Pendergast received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Michigan State University, a Master of Arts in English from Washington State University, and a Ph.D. in American Studies from Purdue University.

Tom Pendergast reports to Mike Metzger, CEO. They work with Lisa Plaggemier - Chief Strategist, Carrie Grant - VP, Customer Success, and Jerome Gotz - VP of Custom Services.
