Ina Prosen

Ina Prosen has been working in the customer service industry since 2019. Ina began their career as a Call Center Agent at Varuh zdravja, Vzajemna in 2019. In 2021, they moved on to the Ministry of Public Administration as a Customer Service Technical Support. Currently, Ina Prosen is employed at Mediately, where they serve as both a Marketing Assistant and a Customer Support Specialist.

Ina Prosen attended the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences from 2019 to 2022, where they studied Marketing and PR. Prior to that, they attended Gimnazija Jožeta Plečnika from 2015 to 2019. No additional certifications have been reported.
