Con McGourty

Con McGourty has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Con started as a student and later worked as a Membership Manager for Kingfisher Health Club Limited. Con then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computing (Honours) in Information Technology for Business from Galway-Mayo IT. Afterward, they worked as a Retail Sales Consultant for Meteor Mobile Communications. Con furthered their education by obtaining a Diploma in Business Administration from Dundrum CFE. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Software Developer for TCAS Online Ltd and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Con then joined Asavie as a Software Engineer from 2017 to 2019. After that, they worked as a Contract Software Engineer for WorkSafeBC until 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at MediaValet Inc.

Con McGourty has a diverse and comprehensive education history. In 2009, they attended Dundrum CFE and obtained a Diploma in Business Administration. Following this, from 2010 to 2014, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology. In 2015, they attended Dublin Business School and completed a Higher Diploma of Science Computing in Software Development.

Con also holds multiple certifications from Microsoft. In October 2015, they obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate certifications in C# Fundamentals, Database Development, and HTML5 Application Development. More recently, in March 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification.
