Yolanda Evans

Yolanda Evans is currently the VP, People Experience & Diversity at Mediavine. Yolanda has over 16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Yolanda has a proven track record in building and executing strategies that attract, retain and grow top talent.

Yolanda began their career in Talent Acquisition at Futrend Technology Inc. where they served as the Corporate Talent Manager. In this role, they were responsible for establishing, maintaining and executing the Talent Management strategy for the business. Yolanda then joined Project Performance Corporation (PPC) as the Corporate Recruiting Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's recruiting programs and initiatives.

Yolanda joined Mediavine in 2014 as the VP of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's talent acquisition efforts and building a best-in-class team. Yolanda has since been promoted to VP, People Experience & Diversity, where they are responsible for leading Mediavine's diversity & inclusion initiatives and overseeing the company's people operations.

Yolanda Evans completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Mary Washington, where they studied political science. Yolanda then went on to complete their graduate studies in political science at Hampton University.
