Samantha Link

Samantha Link has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Samantha is currently working as the Group People Director at Mediaworks. Prior to that, they worked at Nomad Digital as the Global Head of Human Resources and Global Talent and Development Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing recruitment, operational support, talent and leadership development programs, and implementing HR strategies. Before Nomad Digital, Samantha worked at Sage as the UK Talent and Development Manager, Group Talent Manager, and Regional Trainer. Samantha also has experience as an Examiner at AQA, a Senior Lecturer at South Tyneside College, a Business Teacher at Whitley Bay High School, an Audit and Advisory Assistant at KPMG, and as an International Programming Co-ordinator at BMG Music Publishing.

Samantha Link has a diverse and extensive education history. Samantha obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing from Bournemouth University in the years 1997 to 2001. Samantha then pursued a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education with a specialization in Business Studies at Staffordshire University from 2003 to 2004. Continuing their education, Samantha obtained a Post-graduate certificate in E-learning from Edinburgh University in 2009 and 2010. Samantha later achieved a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Northumbria University from 2011 to 2013.

Additionally, Samantha has acquired various certifications over the years. Samantha became a Chartered Member of the CIPD, obtained a Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019, and completed several courses offered by LinkedIn and Lynda.com on topics such as virtual performance reviews, organizational culture, managing up, and technical recruiting.
