Ch'an Armstrong has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design. Starting in 2013, they worked as a freelance Digital Designer at Paperdigital, where they created high-quality digital designs for websites and apps while managing client relationships. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Digital Designer at Butterfly | Digital agency, collaborating with clients to create innovative and user-centered digital designs.

In 2018, Ch'an joined Adelphi Digital Consulting Group as a Digital Designer, creating digital designs for various digital media and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They also worked as a Sessional Teacher at Macleay College and Victoria University, delivering lectures and tutorials on design topics and providing guidance to students on their projects.

In 2016, they attended RMIT University and acquired a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Additionally, in 2014, Ch'an completed a program called AdSchool Foundations at Communications Council.
