Melissa Guthrie

Melissa Guthrie has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Melissa currently works at Medibank as an End User Experience Lead. Prior to this, they held various roles at AustralianSuper, including Operations Manager, Application Support Manager, Customer Advocate, and Service Desk Manager. Before that, they were a Service Delivery Manager at ADP Australia and New Zealand. Melissa'searlier experiences include working as an IT Operations Manager at Kinetic IT, Help Desk Supervisor at Recoveries Corp, IT Service Desk Team Leader at Mishcon de Reya and Dentons, System Administrator/Help Desk Coordinator at Natixis, and Office Administrator at Office Angels.
