Robert Hinz

Robert Hinz has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Robert is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Cytrellis Biosystems, Inc. In their previous role as Vice President of Operations at Medica Corporation, they were responsible for strategic sourcing, planning, purchasing, production operations, logistics, and leading the manufacturing engineering team. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Hollow Fiber Manufacturing at Koch Membrane Systems, where they managed a $60 million department and had direct P&L responsibility for three manufacturing locations. Robert also worked as the Training Program Manager at Carl Zeiss X-ray Microscopy Inc. and Manager of Engineering Services at Koch Membrane Systems. Additionally, they served as a Consultant for Training and Business Operations at Millipore and held the position of Director of Operations at Innovent Technologies. Robert began their career at FEI Company, where they held the roles of Senior Operations Manager and Technical Training Manager, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities.

Robert Hinz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Excelsior College from 1994 to 1996. Later, from 2000 to 2003, they pursued an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. In March 2018, they also achieved a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
