Cristine Bergeson

Cristine Bergeson has extensive experience in customer service and issue resolution across various industries. Currently an Issue Resolution Analyst and previously a Health Plan Specialist at Medica since October 2019, Cristine's background includes roles such as Patient Care Advocate at Express Scripts and Customer Account Executive at Comcast Cable. Additional experience includes serving as an Independent Consultant and Pet Sitter at Whiskers to Tails Pet Sitting, providing in-home pet care services.
