Grant Chandler

Grant Chandler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital operations, marketing technology, and continuous improvement methodologies. Currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Medica since April 2022, Grant leads initiatives to enhance process design and efficiency. Previous roles include Digital Operations Manager and Marketing Technology Consultant at Briarwood Consulting Services, where strategic workflow improvements were implemented for enterprise content management systems. Additional experience encompasses board membership and technology leadership at Moneyweave Academy, adjunct faculty positions at Normandale Community College, and various positions in digital marketing and content management across multiple organizations. Grant holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota Duluth, acquired between 2006 and 2011.
