Norlita Brown has over 20 years of work experience. Norlita began their career in 1999 at YRC Worldwide, Inc. as a Coordinator, where they processed and entered bill of ladings, printed, scanned and updated documents in accordance to established office practices, responded to customer communications in an accurate and timely manner, investigated and resolved customer complaints, and created, reviewed and maintained various reports and ensured proper company functions. In 2014, they moved to Brown Trucking as a Coordinator, Risk and Loss Management. In 2016, they joined American College of Rheumatology as a Specialist, Registry and Informatics. In 2020, they accepted a position at CampeonHerrod as a Talent Coordinator. Norlita is currently employed at Medical Association of Georgia, where they hold the roles of Director, Member and Corporate Relations and Senior Manager, Member and Corporate Relations.
Norlita Brown attended Georgia State University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an English degree with a concentration in Creative Writing and English. In December 2018, they obtained an Essentials of Conflict Management certification from Emory University. In June 2019, they obtained a Certificate Program in Association Management from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership. Finally, in December 1992, they obtained a Certified Paralegal (CP) certification from Professional Careers Institute.
