Brandy Boone serves as General Counsel for the Medical Association of the State of Alabama since November 2021. Previously, Brandy worked at ProAssurance from February 2006 to August 2021 as the Director of Client Education & Guidance, overseeing educational programs on patient safety and risk management for healthcare entities. Brandy has also held positions as an associate attorney at Spain & Gillon, LLC, focusing on civil defense litigation and healthcare risk management, and at Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak in a similar capacity. Brandy holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Alabama.
