Cynthia Feliciano

Cynthia Feliciano has extensive experience in operational management and provider services, currently serving as Vice President of Supplier Operations at MCS Puerto Rico since November 2017, previously holding the role of Director of Supplier Services. Prior roles include Provider Service Manager at Medical Card System Inc. and Office Manager at Castellana Physicians Services, where responsibilities involved overseeing administrative services and facilitating communication between departments. Cynthia also served as an External Consultant for CPS and Call Center Manager at Constellation Health PR, in addition to a significant tenure at Humana as Director of Call Center. Early career experience includes a sub-manager position at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, where management of Call Center operations was a key focus. Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico from 1989 to 1993.
