Ricardo Pérez

Ricardo Pérez is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in various technical roles. Currently serving as the IT Service Desk Supervisor at MCS Puerto Rico since December 2023, Ricardo previously held the position of Help Desk Team Lead at IEM from September 2019 to December 2023. Prior to that, responsibilities included working as a Deskside Technician III at enGenius Consulting Group and as a Help Desk Analyst at Aon Risk Solutions. Ricardo's career began as a Help Desk Specialist at Méndez & Co., Inc., where the focus was on troubleshooting and resolving network and software issues. Additional experience includes roles as a Computer Technician at Computerlink and Service Consultant at Computerland. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American University of Puerto Rico, earned between 1998 and 2002.
