Andrea Wimbush-Owens

Andrea Wimbush-Owens currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Atrium Health Navicent since July 2020, while also maintaining a role as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular ICU at Navicent Health since December 2010. In addition to these positions, Andrea has experience as a Nurse Manager in the Surgical Trauma and Neuro ICU. Previous responsibilities also include serving as a Quality Improvement Coordinator at Parallon Workforce Solutions. Andrea's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, a Lean Green Belt certification from Wesleyan College, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Chamberlain University, and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Middle Georgia State University.
