Alicia M. possesses extensive experience in research operations and academic compliance, currently serving as the Manager of Research and Academic Compliance at the Medical College of Wisconsin since October 2021, and previously as the Senior Division Administrator for Transplant Surgery. Alicia has managed various aspects of research and clinical operations across multiple organizations, including overseeing research at Rogers Behavioral Health as the Research Operations & Quality Manager and contributing to the development of the Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell Core at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Alicia’s academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Mount Mary University and master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Iowa State University in Animal Breeding and Genetics and Animal Sciences, respectively.
