Karla Rupp

Karla Rupp, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Employee Relations Supervisor at the Medical College of Wisconsin since May 2019, where oversight of employee relations support and compliance programs is a primary responsibility. With a significant background in human resources, Karla previously held roles including Human Resources Business Partner at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital and HR Generalist at Lakeshore Medical Clinic. Karla is experienced in building relationships, mentoring teams, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance organizational effectiveness. Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from UW-Platteville.
