Matthew P Gray

Matthew P Gray, MD, MS, serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin since January 2018 and holds a position as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin since 2007. In addition to providing direct clinical care to acutely ill or injured children, Matthew engages in Quality Improvement research aimed at enhancing patient outcomes by reducing clinical practice variation. Previous roles include Pediatric Chief Resident, overseeing the clinical and administrative responsibilities of over 90 resident physicians, and completion of fellowships in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Matthew earned a Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Science from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2014, a Doctor of Medicine from the same institution in 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lawrence University in 2002.
