Audrey Lagerstrom

Audrey Lagerstrom is a registered nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, currently serving at Ascension Saint Francis as a registered nurse in a Level 1 trauma center since January 2024. Audrey has held multiple roles, including critical care registered nurse at MedEx Ambulance Service Inc. and registered nurse positions in emergency rooms and surgical settings at organizations such as Surgical Care Affiliates and Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital. Audrey's work includes preparing patients for surgery, recovery from anesthesia, and collaborating with medical teams to enhance patient care protocols. Audrey holds a Master's degree in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Herzing University, complemented by additional training in pre-hospital care. Prior to nursing, Audrey worked as an EMT Paramedic, providing emergency medical care at Six Flags.
