Sarah Bond Aphr

Sarah Bond has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sarah began their career as the Director of Social Services at Sandpiper Convalescent Center from December 1992 to February 1997. Sarah then worked as a Social Worker at Safe Alliance from September 1997 to April 2001. Following that, they joined Eastover Psychological & Psychiatric Group, P.A. as a Psychotherapist from April 2001 to December 2013.

In 2014, Sarah transitioned to the nonprofit sector and started working at Lake Wylie YMCA. Sarah initially served as a Membership Coordinator from August 2014 to January 2018 before being promoted to Branch Manager, a role they held until January 2021. Shortly after, they joined Clover School District Community YMCA as a Branch Operations Coordinator from January 2021 to May 2021.

Currently, Sarah is employed by Medical Facilities of America, where they have held different positions within the Human Resources department. Sarah started as an HR Manager in May 2021 and was later promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources in April 2023.

Sarah Bond, aPHR, earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of South Carolina from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Connecticut College from 1987 to 1991. Sarah completed their high school education at Walnut Hills High School, where they obtained a diploma. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained two Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certifications from HRCI in June 2020.
