Alicia Ciacchi

Alicia Ciacchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Care Supervisor at Medical Mutual since September 2015, Alicia leads a team of 20 Customer Care Specialists, focusing on performance improvement, staff development, and compliance with HIPAA and PCI regulations.
