Traci Owens

Traci (Shook) Owens has a strong background in sales and operations, particularly in the healthcare industry. Traci began their career as a Regional Sales Manager for Talus Brokerage Services in 1998, where they excelled in their role for over 13 years. In 2012, they transitioned to Medical Mutual, where they held multiple leadership positions. Starting as a Regional Sales Manager for Small Group, Traci quickly advanced to Director of Small Group Sales, Director of Growth and Retention, and Senior Client Director. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Sales and Operations for the Small Group division at Medical Mutual. Traci's extensive experience and success in sales and operations make their a valuable asset to any organization in the healthcare industry.
