Veronica Szydlowski Hawkins

Veronica Szydlowski Hawkins has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Veronica served as the Vice President of Individual and Retiree Health Solutions at Medical Mutual from August 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Statewide Accounts at Medical Mutual from January 2013 to July 2020. In these roles, Veronica was responsible for building strategic partnerships with large group accounts and ensuring collaborative solutions aligned with customer expectations.

Before joining Medical Mutual, Veronica worked at MediGold from 1999 to 2013. Veronica held several leadership positions, including Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Finance Analyst. These roles allowed their to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience in financial management and operations within the healthcare industry.

Veronica Szydlowski Hawkins has a strong education background. Veronica obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from John Carroll University between 1994 and 1998. Later, they pursued a Master's of Healthcare Administration from Franklin University, completing their studies between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their academic achievements, Veronica obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (inactive) from The Ohio Society of CPAs in January 2012.
