Dana leads Medical Solutions’ Human Resource department, spearheading strategies throughout the employee journey, from talent acquisition, HRIS, total rewards to talent management and employee engagement. She owns the reporting of employee data to drive decisions for workforce and succession planning. She leads diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the enterprise to ensure an environment of inclusion and belonging. Under her leadership since 2018 the company has expanded its employee base through organic growth and acquisition. Dana was named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing lists in 2019 and 2021 and was recognized as a 2021 HRO Today Magazine Practitioner Superstar. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in speech communication, with an emphasis in HR management and organizational development, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
