Lexie leads the Talent Management and Human Resource Business Partner functions and is responsible for performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and workforce and succession planning. Lexie and her team support leaders throughout the organization with coaching and career development. She partners with other HR leaders to report retention and diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics, analyze compensation trends, and develop solutions to ensure an inclusive work environment. Before joining Medical Solutions in 2019, Lexie held various roles in Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience and served as a human resources business partner for Hayneedle.com, which was later acquired by Walmart.com. Lexie obtained a Master of Managerial Communication with an emphasis in Human Resources from Bellevue University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Midland University. In 2022, she was recognized as one of Midland’s Business Journal’s 40 under 40.
