Marta Sánchez Santos

Marta Sánchez Santos has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Marta is currently working at Medichem, S.A. as an HR Business Partner and Change Management Lead. Prior to this, they worked at CL GRUPO INDUSTRIAL as a Talent Manager and HRBP, where they were responsible for talent management across national and international companies within the group. Marta Sánchez Santos completed their bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 2003 to 2008. Marta then pursued a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2009 to 2011. In 2015, Marta completed a course on Internal Communication Effectiveness at Instituto de Comunicación Empresarial. In 2016, they attended a short-term intensive English program at SOLEX College.
